Bert Duffie
Bert Duffie is a sixth generation Colleton County resident with family in Colleton, Hampton, Orangeburg and Charleston counties. Mr. Duffie is a graduate of Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. He received his degree from Campbell University School of Law in North Carolina and served as a writer for the Campbell Law Observer.
Expanding the firm’s governmental law practice, Mr. Duffie represents governmental entities in Dorchester, Colleton, Jasper and Allendale Counties, and also practices in the areas of insurance defense, employment and labor law, contract law, wills and estates, real estate and school law. Through his representation of governmental entities and municipalities in several of the surrounding counties, Mr. Duffie has expanded the firm’s presence and recognition in these communities where he is highly regarded as a local attorney.
